Ninfield Memorial Hall is a lovely venue for all sorts of social gatherings, community events and business activities. The Hall is run by volunteers; this helps keep our costs low and hire rates affordable. Without their hard work, the Hall would not be here for everyone to enjoy. But you can help us too!
As a hirer…
- Please leave the Hall on time and in the condition in which you would hope to find it, clean and with chairs and tables stored neatly and safely.
- Respect our neighbours.
- Please take your recyclable waste home with you.
- Pay your fees by bank transfer if you can and use your invoice number as the payment reference.
- If you are paying a deposit, please use DEPOSIT followed by your booking date as a reference.

- Don’t forget to send us your own bank account details after your booking so that we can refund your security deposit.

As a volunteer…
The Hall is managed by a Hall Committee (the Trustees). If you have a little bit of free time, maybe serving on the Committee could be for you – we always welcome new members. If you don’t think that being part of the Committee would suit you, perhaps you would enjoy being a volunteer who helps at Hall events for example. There are always things to be done, and it is rewarding playing an active part in the local community!
