The Hall

Main Hall

• Raked stage (approximately 5.3m x 5.2m usable area)

• Licensed to seat 199 people theatre style or 120 seated at tables to include wheelchairs. Please contact the booking secretary if you want a different Hall configuration as these licensed numbers may not apply.

Committee room

The Committee room is positioned adjacent to the Main Hall and can be hired to support events in the Main hall or as a room in its own right.

Pauline Parks suite

The new first floor room is a delightful space ideal for training sessions and small exhibitions for example.

Kitchen

• Large water heater
• 2 x kettles
• Microwave
• 5 ring cooker and double oven
• Ample tea cups and saucers, mugs, plates and cutlery
  Assorted large plates, bowls, jugs and glasses
• Please note that we do not provide sharp or pointed knives. If you require these, please bring your own and ensure that they are removed from Hall when you leave. Thank you.

Seating and Tables

• 20 x 6′ rectangular tables
• 10 x 3′ rectangular tables
• 120 x padded stackable chairs (with trolley wheels for easy moving)
• 80 x non-padded stackable chairs

If you are planning a wedding or other large party and prefer large round tables, this can be arranged. We also have ample cutlery for 100 plus people.

Accessibility

• Free car park
• Disabled parking spaces at the door
• Double doors and level entrance and flooring throughout

Please note that the Memorial Hall does not have a licence to sell alcohol.
